police precinct, an explosion of new parks, sweeping downzoning and

Island. Without Andrew, we would not have Bloomingdale Park, Fairview
Park and the first-of-its-kind soccer complex at Arden Heights. In
Charlestown, Andrew saved 42 acres for parks and 16 acres for schools.
He has delivered millions for capital for schools, parks and a seaside
nature park in Great Kills. Andrew Lanza is a smart guy, a strong
fighter and a hard worker. He has been one of my strongest allies in the
